Every month, we select one reviewer to receive a full refund for one build. Here's how to enter, what you'll win, and how winners are selected.
How to Enter
To enter the monthly giveaway, leave a review with the following:
Photo or video of your customized slide
Written review about your experience
Star rating
Your name (real name required for giveaway entry)
Your entry month is determined by when you submit your review—there's no time limit. You can leave a review days, weeks, or months after receiving your order.
What You Win
The prize is a full refund of the service cost for one build from your order. This includes Precision milling services, Engraving services, and Finishing services, and excludes Shipping fees, Processing fees, and Sales tax.
For bulk orders: The refund applies to the lowest-cost build in your order.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of winner confirmation.
Entry Rules
One review per build: If you buy many optic cuts in one order for a group, each person in your group may submit one review for giveaway purposes.
Multiple orders: If you place multiple orders, you can enter the giveaway once per order. You may win multiple times if you have multiple eligible entries.
Review requirements: All reviews must genuinely reflect your actual experience with ModMount's services.
Disqualification reasons:
Reviews that are fake or plagiarized
Reviews containing objectionable content (profanity, threats, false statements)
Multiple reviews submitted by the same person for the same order
Reviews that violate the terms in our Customer Agreement
Winner Selection
Drawing process:
One winner is randomly selected from all eligible entries on the first business day of the following month
All entries received during a calendar month are included in that month's drawing
Winner notification:
Winners are notified via email to the address associated with their order
Winners are also announced publicly on our website and social media
Claim process:
Winners have 7 days to respond and claim their prize
If a winner doesn't respond within 7 days, we select a new winner from that month's entries
All decisions regarding eligibility, disqualification, and prize awards are made by ModMount in our sole discretion.
